Provided pre contract budget and procurement advice for the proposed refurbishment of a production building within the existing facility including vetting and checking contractor’s proposals and tender costs. Provided clients with recommendations as to most suitable contractor.

ICS have recently been appointed to provide pre and post contract cost management for a new state of the art high voltage test lab together with associated offices and support facilities.

Refurbishment of corporate buildings within London

Assisted Intercontinental Hotels Group (ICHG) in the rationalisation of their existing corporate offices. As part of a team, ICS provided full pre and post contract quantity surveying services, including organising and managing several relocations of staff to temporary offices. ICS provided all budgetary information and procurement advice then controlled the post contract budgets and costs.

ICS has been appointed by all these organisations to provide the ‘monitoring surveyor’ role on numerous residential developments, which includes comments on planning approvals, appointments of professionals, cash flow statements and programme, insurances

 of developer and professional team and the regular on-site monitoring of the costs and progress of the scheme together with

 the quality of the build. 

ICS has provided a variety of pre and post contract services to Premier Marinas including providing assistance in completing a large final account on a legacy project. We have also provide budgetary, cost and procurement advice on a number of upcoming schemes including extensions to office space, new food and beverage areas within existing marinas and a new marina control building.

ICS has provided full and pre and post contract Quantity Surveying to MWA including extensions and alterations to a number of private education facilities, major extension to existing facility for Eversley Storage, new pool house and family entertainment areas at Oakfield Park and numerous smaller schemes.

ICS has provided pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services to TKLS on a number of schemes, including the refurbishment of teaching and student accommodation for Portsmouth University and the construction of 12 commercial units in Southampton.

ICS has provided full post contract Quantity Surveying assistance to the Governors of Peter Symonds College. Moving forward we are  also in the process of providing budgetary and procurement advice on the proposed refurbishment of a number of older buildings on the site to upgrade them to provide an excellent learning experience for students.

Recent schemes include the provision of a new Business Department teaching block and construction of a new Music School building including teaching, practice and recital rooms. The new building also includes a music production studio.
